After a trip to the US, Ed and his son began experimenting with brewing beer and making fried chicken in their backyard before opening in December 2018. As the brains behind the ultimate comfort food menu, Ed has created mouth-watering cheeseburger croquettes, halloumi fries, and decadent desserts.
