Working with a team of retired and retrained racehorses, Racing Hearts provides equine assisted learning, counselling, psychology and psychotherapy to people of all ages and backgrounds. Clients are engaged in traditional mental health therapies offered in a non-traditional way, incorporating exercises with horses in a meaningful way in each session. We offer individual and group sessions and run a specialised schools program that links into schools’ welfare curriculum and framework. Clients with mental health diagnosis, behavioural, emotional challenges, intellectual and physical disabilities are catered for.
