Ever wanted to try your hand at a new sport or recreational activity but weren’t quite sure how to go about it? Well, here’s your chance. The Strong Sisters Sportsfest is a free ‘come and try’ day for women and girls at Carrum Downs Recreation Reserve this Saturday from noon-5pm.
Held in conjunction with the Mayor’s Family Picnic, the sportsfest will feature a range of Frankston and Victorian sports and recreation organisations, including AFLW, Cricket Victoria, Frankston FC, Football Vic, Bayside Gymnastics, PARC, Frankston Raiders, Reclink, Frankston Hockey Club, Carrum Downs Cricket Club, Carrum Downs Tennis Club, Frankston Archery Club and many more.
