Mindset Matters to create a Ripple Effect around Health & Wellness Fundraising – ONJ Cancer & Wellness Centre + Women’s Spirit Project.

Would you love to be a part of supporting either one of the above charities or both? Have you noticed feeling like time is just passing you by and your not really having an understanding of how to slow down a little to really grasp what is driving you and where you are heading in life?

If you are from the Mornington Peninsula and would like to support other businesses within the Mornington and Melbourne region, work colleagues within the company you already work in, or just how to create richer relationships in your own life! We have a jam packed day filled with mindfulness tips and tricks as well as some amazing speakers that will bring you lots of experiences as well as tools to take home with you to implement in your business, community and personal life straight away!

There will also be many raffle prizes from local businesses as well as a few other surprises to create some Fun throughout the day! A percentage of the proceeds will also be donated to both charities, as well as any donations sent through prior to the event or on the day.

Step through – Fears & Doubts that are holding you back.
Step out – To be seen & heard by setting healthy boundaries aligned with your values and needs.
