Stacey Mrmacovski ‘Between Now And Then’ Exhibition

We are proud to present Stacey Mrmacovski’s solo exhibition ‘Between Now And Then’ at Manyung Gallery Mount Eliza.
“Between Now And Then is an exploration between presence and memory, and the powerful unison of these themes coming together. What I find so incredibly magic about painting is the the act itself creates this cathartic duality, where memory and the present moment can coexist and when stepping back from the work I realise before me, paint has created a landscape before my own eyes. While standing back you may find yourself somewhere familiar, or even unfamiliar that takes your interest, or you can look up close and see the work from a whole painted landscape of its own entirety. This way of creating provides limitless possibilities of observing which is really important to me as an artist and my hope is it provides you with an invitation to be yourself and explore places in your own mind, places between ‘now and then’.”
